At Hensley Grace Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.
Returns & Store Credit
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. All approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of stains, odors, or damage
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Accessories (including jewelry, hats, etc.)
- Intimates or swimwear (if applicable)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hensleygraceboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to complete your return.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
